JCC Outlasted in Tough Rocket League Battle

OLEAN, NY - The Jamestown Community College (JCC) Jayhawks' Rocket League team found themselves in a rematch with Jefferson State College tonight in a best-of-5 series.

Jefferson State took a quick lead with a 5-3 win in Game 1, but we were able to push back and take Game 2 by a score of 3-1 off a hat trick from Colton Schuman and Game 3 in a nailbiter by a score of 1-0.

However, history would repeat itself, and we were unable to close out the series as Jefferson State would take Games 4 and 5 to win the series by a score of 3-2. 

Adam Powell finished the series with 3 goals, 4 assists, 13 saves, and 11 shots. 
Logan McIntosh had 5 goals, 0 assists, 7 saves, and 11 shots. 

Colton Schuman had 4 goals, 1 assist, 7 saves, and 10 shots. 

The boys will look to rebound after the Thanksgiving break in the single elimination postseason tournament starting Friday, December 6th.
