JCC Finishes 10th; Bedoya 5th at Adrian Invite

ADRIAN, MI - Jamestown Community College (JCC) wrestling opened their 2024-25 season by hitting the road for Michigan and the Adrian Invite.

JCC saw four of its seven wrestlers place in the event, led by freshman Jonathan Bedoya, who finished fifth at 285 lb weight class with a 3-2 record.

The other three who made the podium were sophomore Gavin Warner, who finished eighth at 133lbs; sophomore Ryan Parton placed sixth at 141lbs with a 3-3 record; and freshman Brad Smith placed eighth at 165lbs.

As a team, the Jayhawks were tenth overall.

JCC is back on the mats on Saturday, November 9th when they travel to Garrett College.
